About Us
The concept of handloom, weaving, embroidery, knitting and handicrafts is an ancient tradition in India. The weaving custom and needlework in Kashmir and Ladakh is a household activity, and we at One Echelon aspire to bring forth that fine craft from their homes to the worldwide connoisseurs of art. Kashmir and Ladakh Cashmere wool also boast a fineness of 14 microns, which is considered extremely good quality, less likely to lint or “bobble” and significantly finer than Cashmere produced in other countries.
