Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate), popularly known as “Bath Salt” because it is dissolved in bath water to reduce minor aches and pains, to relax muscles and stiff joints. Bathing in Epsom salt infused water is known to help get good sleep.

Organix Mantra Epsom Bath Salt is of premium USP Grade that can be used in foot baths, baths and in DIY body scrubs. Soaking your feet in Epsom salt and an Essential Oil infused water before bedtime reduces the soreness, cleanses your feet and softens the skin while aiding in a good night’s sleep. Add a couple of drops of your favorite Essential Oil and Carrier Oil such as Jojoba or Grapeseed to Epsom Salt to make body scrub. This is known to help rejuvenate and detoxify your skin.
