Our single estate coffees can be traced right to the plot where it is grown. We are India’s forst farm to custom roast our coffees in the farm itself. So just after you order , when our coffees leave our farm its heading straight to your home

What is an Arabica AAA?
Almost all crops of coffee, when harvested , consists of beans of different sizes. Post harvesting while the coffee is being processed the coffee is sorted for size but using sieves. This grading process ensures uniform roasting. As we have noticed the beans also can me comfortably roasted to a target degree where the flavors can be optimized. The AAA is considered the largest grade of beans with bean size larger than 7.5 separated from the rest of the lot. as for our Single estate Arabica AAA we have been able to optimist our flavors and body of coffee at the medium dark roast level but this coffee also has the ability to retain these qualities at dark roasts because of its size.
