Suitable Usage / Installation Tips Check your AC unit’s drain outlet location before purchase to make sure the tray aligns with where condensate emerges. Ensure proper slope for drainage: The drain pipe should be routed with slight downward slope so water flows out rather than pooling. Pipe length of 3 m is adequate if your drainage exit point is not far — if you need farther reach you might consider a longer version Mount securely: Make sure the tray is fixed firmly under/next to the AC unit in a stable position. Keep it clear of blockages: Periodically check that the drain pipe is unclogged so water flows freely. Avoid spilling onto unwanted areas: Route the exit of the pipe so water does not splash onto walls, walkways, neighbours, etc.
