WeConnect Care – Extended Warranty Plan are service contract with insurance cover backed by ICICI Lombard. WeConnect Care Extended Warranty Plan covers all defects which are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. It is valid for 1 year post the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty.
Extended Warranty Plan covers all defects that are included under the device’s standard manufacturer’s warranty, such as hardware or functional issues. However, physical damage, as well as accessories like batteries and chargers, and other consumables, are not covered. The coverage amount is limited to the invoice value of the device.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE —your device will be repaired and returned within the committed turnaround time. In the event of a total loss or if the device is Beyond Repair, a Reimbursement will be provided as per the plan’s terms and conditions.
